Scope

When built in the late 2000s, Uruhu Heights was the tallest building in eastern Africa and till date is the talk of town for its stunning construction and façade. The building is clad with CLIMACOOL SOLAR units with Vistacool Azuria pyrolytic coated glass from Vitro (former PPG), USA. The Azuria base substrate offers an unmatched spectral selectivity and provides for an industry-first aqua blue aesthetic. The lobby glazing is built with GLASSHIELD CLARITY units with Starphire low-iron ultra-clear glasses from Vitro (former PPG), USA. FG has the distinction of being not just the glass supplier but has designed, produced and executed the entire building facade turnkey, our first such initiative in Africa.
