Scope

The Park is a sprawling residential development in the prime Lower Parel district of Mumbai and has six super tall towers built around a majestic podium space. One of these towers, the all-glass clad Marquis uses LAMISECURE TONE units with Emirates Vitralite Bronze glass. This building uses over 25,000 square meters of these units providing for a secure and striking bronze facade. Apart from this we are proud to be associated with supplying glass to the 'crown jewel' of the project's podium, in a very literal sense. In the centre of the podium sits a unqiue glass and steel structure which houses the indoor swimming pool. This facade is clad with MESH units with a gold anodized expanded aluminum mesh, held together by Sentryglas interlayers. The MESH units impart an unbeatable aesthetic to the structure, with a 3D appearance only an actual mesh can provide, while also performing functionally to disperse sunlight, thereby eliminating glare.
