The staircase glazing at Pashmina, a residential tower in central Mumbai, required the use of fire-rated glazing due to the presence of older buildings next to it and the narrow access for the fire-brigade. The façade is clad with SCHOTT PYRAN S COMBI glasses, to match the building's exterior look and provide the required fire-resistance. Our scope included complete design and engineering, execution and certification.
