Scope

The Olympia Tech Park is one of the largest and oldest Information Technology parks in Chennai, and one of the first to spearhead the IT revolution infrastructure space in the country. The building is clad with FG CLIMACOOL SOLAR units with ENAMELITE striped ceramic coating on #2 of Saint Gobain STB120 Titanium Blue MSVD solar control coating. The facade was challenging on two counts: to apply ceramic frit through silk screen on a highly reflective metallic oxide coating with the right consistency and to ensure that the optical measurement parameters were kept within very strict tolerances due to the almost 1:1 aspect ratio of the glass in very large sizes.
