The Naman Chambers building in Bandra-Kurla complex, Mumbai's uber business district has the unique distinction of being Mumbai's first commercial construction (in mid-2000s) with MSVD silver coated glass. CLIMACOOL PRO-1 units in a combination of Saint Gobain KT155 and KT755 coated glasses are installed on the towers. Owing to its complexity back then, we invested heavily in infrastructure upgrades for glass pre-processing and heat-treatment. The ground floor office is glazed with bullet-resistant glasses for 100% protection against potential attacks.
