Defined by clean vertical lines and expansive glazing, the structure achieves a seamless balance between solar control, thermal performance, and modern architectural expression, ensuring visual clarity and energy efficiency suited to Mumbai’s demanding climate. FG Glass processed and supplied a high-performance insulated glazing configuration comprising 6mm SUNGUARD® Solar Plus Blue 27 heat-strengthened glass (outer, coating #2), 12mm AG (silicon) spacer, and 6mm clear heat-strengthened inner glass. This advanced assembly delivers superior solar heat gain control, enhanced insulation, improved energy efficiency, structural integrity, and a refined blue-toned façade aesthetic. Integrated with Finetec’s façade system, the glazing solution significantly contributes to the project’s sustainable performance, long-term durability, and architectural excellence.
