The Giant Business Tower is Bangladesh's first building to incorporate a triple-silver low-E glass for its facade. The building is clad with CLIMACOOL PRO-3 unit with Vitro (former PPG) Solarban 70XL glass from USA. The architect's vision of having a natural, raw facade was complemented perfectly with the clear neutral aesthetics of the Solarban coating. The glass provides 64% light transmission with a 0.27 Solar Heat Gain Coefficient, making its 2.37 spectral selectivity class leading.
