The head office for Facebook in Mumbai is located in the ONE BKC tower, and required use of a two-hour fire rated façade. Our scope included complete design and engineering, execution and certification. The façade is glazed with SCHOTT PYRANS COMBI glass in insulated format to cater to both the fire-rating as well as match the building exterior. The entire system is designed to withstand a load of 1.50 kPa.
