Commerz II is a high-end commercial office space in Mumbai's western district of Goregaon. The tower is an all glass façade with CLIMACOOL PRO-3 units, using Vitro (former PPG) Solarban R100 triple-silver MSVD coating. The extremely sophisticated coating has the unique combination of 32% external reflection (for bright exteriors) and only 13% internal reflection (for reflection-free 24-hour views).
