Sales Executive - Fire Safety

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of the role is to support the sale of the company’s goods and services. Specifying our products in government tenders for upcoming projects. Visit Architects, Consultant, CFO. Govt dept, CPWD, PWD. Potential customers need to be approached with the aim of winning new business and existing customers need to be retained with repeat sales. The job will intensively involve relationship building, researching the market and building a customer database, and presenting the company’s products in a structured and professional way. 


Key Accountabilities 

  1. To write down specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at the design stage.
  2. To ensure that specifications cover complete range of products along with drawings if required
  3. To get the products specified to consultants, Architects and customers so as to ensure that our products are incorporated in the tender stage it-self
  4. Develop CRM with the Specifiers/ new consultants, Architects.
  5. Create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications.
  6. Breaking the competitor's specifications for projects on the ground and get the approvals for our company products.
  7. Create Standard specification submittals and generate a specification data bank.
  8. Supporting the project team for technical discussions and conducting Architects and Engineers meet presentations.
  9. Specifying our products in government tenders for upcoming projects.
  10. Visit Architects, Consultant, CFO. Govt dept, CPWD, PWD.
  11. Generating leads.
  12. Downloading and Submissions of E-tenders 
  13. Reading tenders and sending enquiries to vendors. 
  14. Taking quotations from vendors and working on the price to make a submission of tenders. 
  15. Making Quotations.  
  16. Communicate with customers for Final Negotiation of Price.  
  17. Make a List of downloaded tenders and submit as per the due date.  
  18. Search and download tenders and make a list of it.  
  19. Reading of tenders and searching vendors as per the products.  
  20. Sending enquiries to customers for pricing. 
  21. Taking rate from them and discussing with the senior.  
  22. After finalization make a submission of Tenders Both Online & Offline.  
  23. Look after the final negotiation process.
